Effective 2/17/2026, the ASD Camper Host Program will begin accepting applications for the Summer 2026 season.  Camper Host Application

Are you traveling in your RV to the Anchorage area this summer? The Anchorage School District is looking for RV travelers to park and be present at school facilities.

For parties interested in participating in the Camper Host Program, use the 2026 Camper Host Application Form.  This form will close on 7/12/2026. Please use the form to submit your contact information, desired school sites, and length of stay. As a special note to returning 2025 camper hosts, please contact and notify us by March 31st to confirm RSVP for your prior year's school site. Notifications after March 31st from returning camper hosts will result in forfeiture of site designation.

The Anchorage School District does not offer holding tank pumping services. Prospective and active camper hosts are responsible for hauling their own black water off-site for proper disposal. Mobile pumping services are available. Due to high demand and tourism during the summer season, we recommend reserving scheduled pick-ups at least two months in advance. Please refer to the RV Dump Sites document (directly right) for a list of RV dump sites and mobile pumping services.

• The first day Camper Hosts are allowed on the school site is May 22rd, 2026
• Camper hosts must be off the school site by August 10th, 2026
