Payroll 2017 News
2016 W2s will be mailed through the US Postal Service by January 31, 2017. Please make sure the district has your current address by submitting a Change of Personnel Records Form 511 to Human Resources if your address changed during 2016. Copies of the 2016 W2 may be obtained from the Payroll Department after February 17, 2017.
Payroll Services will be closed Monday, January 16 in honor of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
Payroll Services will be closed Monday, February 20 due to President’s Day. To be eligible for holiday pay, hourly paid employees are required to be in paid status for their regularly scheduled work day before the holiday and their regularly scheduled work day after the holiday.
Spring Break will be the week of March 13 through March 17. During Spring Break, less than 12 month biweekly employees can either use annual leave, leave without pay, comp time, and/or their Wellness Day if they want to be paid.
The annual Totem Spring Conference will be held on Monday March 13 and Tuesday March 14. TOTEM members choosing to attend the spring conference must enter a professional leave request in EmpCenter and must submit their MLP verification to their timekeeper.
Payday for monthly paid staff will be Wednesday, March 15. Checks will be available for pick up in the payroll office until 5 p.m. Checks not picked up will be mailed the following business day.
Reimbursements are paid in conjunction with the Monthly pay schedule. It is highly recommended that mileage forms are submitted on a monthly basis. Original form must be signed by both the employee and the supervisor before submitting to Payroll for processing.
