Beginning on Jan. 1, 2017, the standard mileage rates for the use of a car (also vans, pickups or panel trucks) will be: 53.5 cents per mile for business miles driven.

Payroll 2017 News
Summer Deadline. Any changes affecting deductions to the July and August summer paychecks for all monthly paid employees must be received in Payroll Services by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 17. Changes affecting deductions to the early June check must be received in Payroll Services by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 5. Any documents received after the deadline will be processed but may not affect all summer checks.
To ensure accurate summer mailing, please take a moment to check the address on your April payment and make any necessary changes by April 25.
The final delivery of all payroll checks to the schools will be May 25. Undistributed checks and advice slips remaining at the units are to be mailed by the unit or returned to Payroll. Do not lock up checks or advice slips over the summer. For tracking purposes, forward a list of names for all mailed checks/advice slips to email@example.com on the date the checks are mailed.
Payroll Services will be closed Monday, May 29 due to Memorial Day Holiday. To be eligible for holiday pay, hourly paid employees are required to be in pay status for their regularly scheduled work day before the holiday and scheduled work day after the holiday.
AEA Cash Out. Teachers will automatically be issued an additional check for accrued personal leave in excess of five (5) days no later than Friday, June 23.
Reimbursements are paid in conjunction with the Monthly pay schedule. It is highly recommended that mileage forms are submitted on a monthly basis. Original form must be signed by both the employee and the supervisor before submitting to Payroll for processing.
