Atauchikun needs families!

ANCCS has a partnership with ASD’s Indigenous Education Program to offer a unique and exciting program to ANCCS families. Atauchikun, which is Inupiaq for “Togetherness,” is a program for ANCCS families that is rooted in fatherhood values. During each 6-week session, participating ANCCS families meet weekly for Native dance, community events, and cultural activities. 

The next cohort is starting now! Please contact Ralph Elook to enroll your family in this program. The cost of all program activities–including a trip to the Seward Sealife Center and a visit to the Museum–is paid for by ANCCS’s partnership with the Indigenous Education Program. Families who complete the program also will receive a gift card up to $350.
