2023 Spring Hiring Event

Anchorage Community Partner,

On March 22, 2023, King Tech High School, Alaska’s premier Career Technical Education High School, will host our Spring Hiring Event.  As in years past, the event will allow businesses to recruit from King Tech’s talented student pool as well as students from all of Anchorage School District’s high schools.

King Tech High School trains and emphasizes career technical skills, professionalism, and work ethic to help future employees meet your evolving needs.  We hope you are able to join us this year and take full advantage of this opportunity to identify candidates to fill your immediate, entry-level positions as well as future leaders for your business. 

Event Details:

There will be two sessions on March 22:

One from 8-10 and one from roughly 11-1. Setup will begin at 7am. Each session will have approximately 500 King Tech High School/Alaska Middle College students as well as select juniors and seniors from each of Anchorage's 8 comprehensive high schools and community charter schools. Tables, chairs and booth space are provided as well as electricity upon request.  With our COVID mitigation plan in place restricting meals, we are still working out details regarding food and will be in contact regarding that as plans evolve.
