  • The Varsity Wolves baseball team dropped its first CIC playoff game on Saturday at Mulcahy Stadium.  The #4 seeded Wolves lost 7-2 to #1 seeded Chugiak.  Cam Witte pitched a strong game and also provided one of the three Wolves hits.  Daniel Bodine and Mason Piper had the other hits for Eagle River, which now plays #3 seeded West High on Tuesday at 4:30 at Mulcahy.  The Wolves will qualify for the state tournament with wins on Tuesday and Wednesday against South so come support varsity baseball this week!


  • The JV baseball team beat Colony High School 7-6 on Saturday afternoon in a home game at Loretta French.  Elijah Blaum was solid on the mound and offense was provided by Mitchell Legenza (2 hits, 2 runs), Kendall Taylor (1 hit, 1 run) and Garren Henning (2 hits, 2 RBI).  The JV Wolves finish the high school baseball season on Friday with an away game at Oberg Park in Chugiak against the Mustangs.  The JV Wolves have a record of 5 wins and 4 losses heading into the last game of the season.


  • Our Varsity girls’ soccer team beat West Valley 1-0 which secures a spot in the state tournament. This is the first time in ERHS history that the girl’s team is going to state! Well done Wolves!


  • Congratulations to the track and field team for their performance at the region 4 championship. On the women’s side they won the 4x800 meters with a team of (Goodwin, Rips, Wilson, Walsh) Emily Walsh took 2nd in the 1600meters, 3200 meters and 800 meters. Morgan Olin won the 100 meter hurdles and took 2nd in the 300 meter hurdles. Avery Brown took 2nd in discus. On the men’s side the 4x800 meter relay team of (Gladwill, Wesolowski, Olson, Teller) took second. Carter Gladwill won the 400 meters and 3rd in the 800 meters. 
    Track and field athletes please meet in Mr. Turner’s room after school. 


  • TODAY is locker clean out. Your locker will need to be empty and clean before you leave for the day.  Bring an extra bag or backpack to haul away your belongings, as lockers will not be available for the rest of the year.



  • All athletes please empty your sports lockers and return your locks to Mrs. K or Mr. Senden. All items left behind will be donated.


  • Today's Lunch Special:  Cheeseburger, Hot Dog or Chicken nuggets all served w/potato wedges.
