Our Open Enrollment period is closed. Review your 2022/2023 Open Enrollment Benefits Confirmation Statement for elections effective July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
Medical ID Card - Aetna
You will not receive a new medical ID card this year unless you are a new enrollee or changed medical plans.
Health Savings Account (HSA) Debit Card - TRI-AD
If you are newly enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Plan, you will receive an HSA debit card. Once your enrollment is confirmed by TRI-AD and your HSA is open, TRI-AD will mail your debit card to your home address. You can use this card to pay for your eligible out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.
If you were previously enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Plan and already have the HSA Debit Card, you will not receive a new debit card until your card expires.
Dental ID Card - Aetna
You will receive a paper ID card and welcome letter from Aetna if you are a new enrollee. If you were previously enrolled into dental, you can use the same ID card. You can also access your card digitally on the Aetna Member website or Aetna Health App. If you are enrolled in an Aetna medical plan, your dental ID number will be the same as your medical ID number.
Vision ID Cards - Guardian
New enrollees will receive an ID card in the mail. If you were previously enrolled in the vision plan, you can continue to use the same ID card.
Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC)
As part of health care reform, the government established a health plan documents called the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) to help you understand and compare your medical plans. It provides an overview of each medical plan in a standard, easy to read format. The SBC includes three components:

- Select the "Benefits Enrollment" Tile. Your 2022/2023 Open Enrollment Benefits Confirmation Statement is saved in your "personal documents" section.
