Before 9 am

Wake Up!

Eat breakfast, make your bed, get dressed, wash hands,  brush teeth. Prepare for a productive day!

9:00-10:00 am

Health, PE, activity

Morning exercise: Get the blood flowing by going on a walk, do some yoga, morning chores

10:00-12:00

Academic Time

Math (10-11:00)

Social Studies (11-12)

Noon

Lunch

Eat a nutritious, well-balanced meal. Drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Wash your hands!

12:30-1:00 pm

Health, PE, movement & activity

After lunch brain break: move, walk, play, go outside. 

Health/PE lessons and activities 

1:00-3:00 pm

Academic Time

Language Arts  (1-2:00)

Science (2-3:00)

Submit daily activity form!

3:00-3:30 pm

Afternoon Fresh Air

Enjoy some time outside.  You might ride your bike, walk the dog, or play outside. 

3:30-9:00 pm

Free Time, dinner,family time

Help at home with chores and tasks. Eat a nutritious, well-balanced dinner with the family, and remember to keep drinking lots of water.

Unplugged hour

Unplug

Dedicate a block of time to unplug in the evening. Read, write, draw. Build, model, design. Do art, play music, be creative. This may be after dinner, or the hour before bed

After 9 PM

Bedtime!

Go to bed on a set schedule. Get plenty of rest. Plug in devices away from your bed or in another room.
