Afternoon Fresh Air
Enjoy some time outside. You might ride your bike, walk the dog, or play outside.
Free Time, dinner,family time
Help at home with chores and tasks. Eat a nutritious, well-balanced dinner with the family, and remember to keep drinking lots of water.
Dedicate a block of time to unplug in the evening. Read, write, draw. Build, model, design. Do art, play music, be creative. This may be after dinner, or the hour before bed
After 9 PM
Go to bed on a set schedule. Get plenty of rest. Plug in devices away from your bed or in another room.
