Chromebooks 2023
Chromebook details for end of school year
Returning students, with devices already checked out, will keep their device and power cord during the summer. They are responsible for bringing it back at the start of next school year. This allows students to continue to have access to learning over the summer months, builds a culture of student responsibility for device care, and reduces the burden on school for yearly distribution and collection. Students and families will be receiving blackboard messaging directing them to the ASD website: https://www.asdk12.org/chromebook . Here they will find expectations regarding Chromebooks.
Senior Chromebook and Power Cord Return – 10:00 am May 12, 2023
All seniors must return Chromebooks and charging cords after finals and prior to their last day at ERHS. Chromebooks can be returned to the Tech Office or Library. There will be a table set up outside the gym for last minute returns before the parade on May 12, at 10:00 am. Graduation tickets will be withheld from seniors until their Chromebook and power cord are returned, or the fine is paid. The fine for an unreturned Chromebook is $225.00, and for unreturned cords is $25. Please help our school and district by returning them promptly.
Students not returning to ASD next school year should return their device and power cord to the library or tech office before leaving ERHS.

Students returning to ERHS next year will be using their Chromebooks on the first day of school and are requested to bring their device to school every day, charged and ready to go.
