Flu Vaccines For All

Thursday October 27^th , ASD will be offering free Influenza vaccines to any student / family that would like one at Eagle River High School.  These are completely optional vaccines and will be provided free of charge to anyone interested.  Anyone younger than 18 will be required to have a signed consent form from a parent or guardian.  We will only have injectable flu vaccines. The vaccine will be offered on Thursday October 27th from 11:45am-2:30pm and again from 4-7pm.
