ASD requires ALL volunteers to complete a volunteer application and waiver before volunteer activities can begin in our school. Volunteer applications must be completed each school year.

Chugach Optional Front Office staff will contact you when your application has been approved by ASD. Please note this may take 7 business days to complete.
