Migrant Education

The Migrant Education Program (MEP) is a federally funded program that supports eligible families with the goal of ensuring all migrant students reach challenging academic standards and graduate with a high school diploma that prepares them for responsible citizenship, further learning, and productive employment.

You may qualify if you and your child(ren) go fishing or berry-picking 20 miles outside of Anchorage at least seven nights every three years. Visit the MEP website today to see if you qualify.
