Wendler Special Education
The Wendler Middle School School Special Education Program provides a continuum of services. Wendler offers Resource, Affective Skills, Life Skills and Structured Learning programs. As a part of Wendler’s community of active learners we focus on student academic and social-emotional growth in preparation for high school and beyond.
The STEP Center, a division of the Special Education Department, is a disability information and resource center for students, teachers and parents. Using an extensive lending library and website, the STEP Center personnel provide a service-oriented approach to problem solving and identification of community and ASD resources.
