Emergency Information

Please notify the school immediately if your family has a change of address or telephone number. A second telephone number is also necessary in case of an emergency when the parent is not home. If either parent should change his/her place of employment, please advise the office so we can update our records. We want to be able to contact you if there is an emergency or your child is ill.
