Please make sure you have completed the Anchorage School District Volunteer Application and Waiver. For the safety and security of our students, staff, and family members this is required to be completed EVERY school year, and takes 5-7 business days to process. Additionally, when you come in to volunteer, you must have your state-issued driver's license or ID.
The Anchorage School District uses the RAPTOR system to process all volunteer and volunteer driver information. For information on the RAPTOR system please visit the FAQ page HERE.
Lottery families at Denali are expected to volunteer 36 hours per child and an additional 10 hours for each additional child while at Denali, as outlined in the lottery agreement. New for the 25/26 school year, the RAPTOR System will also be able to help you track your volunteer hours through the volunteer portal!
Driving on a field trip is a great way to spend time with your child and their class! A volunteer driver form, proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and drivers license must also be submitted via google form HERE.
*Volunteer and Driver applications cannot be processed same day, please submit documents with enough time for processing*
