April 1st marked the beginning of the Month of the Military Child. The theme for 2025, "Celebrating Military Children and Youth: Building Stronger Character and Relationships," emphasizes the significance of providing support to these young individuals as they navigate their distinct experiences and obstacles. Children in military families encounter various difficulties, such as regular moves, time apart from parents during deployments, and the need to adjust to new surroundings and support networks. Despite these hurdles, military children frequently show incredible resilience and fortitude, successfully adapting to change and flourishing within their communities.
