On behalf of Student Government and AFJROTC we would like to say thank you, Eagle River High School! Your support for the canned food drive this year was greatly appreciated. ERHS collected 1189 items, weighing in at: 402 pounds!
The 3rd hour with the highest average of cans to student ratio was Ms. Solway's, the class average was 3.9 items per student. Congratulations to them!

Today at lunch, we will be honoring our spring Rotary Award recipients! If you received a personal invitation to the Rotary lunch ceremony, please join us today in the Library immediately following 3rd period. Congratulations to those students!

Student Government is hosting a pie-eating contest tomorrow during lunch in the Commons! Don’t forget to come and support your class as they battle to find all the gummy worms in their pie the fastest. Also, did you know that on average, 30% of fatal crashes by teen drivers are linked to speeding? The average speed limit in a parking lot is 5 miles per hour. Be safe on the roads, Wolves! And don't forget, Promcorn Thursday is tomorrow.

Reminder - today is the last day to turn in a guest pass form for prom. Please turn them into the Cashier's Office by 3:15 pm.

Summer School Registration is open! There are two options this year:
- Credit Recovery, or
- Grade Improvement and/or Original Attempt.
Pick up a registration form in the Curriculum office or from your counselor. Seats are first-come, first-served, so sign up before it’s too late.

SENIORS: If you plan to pursue a post-college career in communication, music or music education, elementary education, school counseling, or special education, a few last-minute scholarship opportunities have come to our attention, so PLEASE check your emails for the scholarship information sent from Mrs. Witte!! These $2500 scholarships are for students who have been with ASD for at least 3 years, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and plan to pursue education and careers in those areas. The applications are via Google Forms, and you can click the links in the email, so don’t leave money on the table… apply today! The first deadline is this Friday. See Mrs. Witte in the curriculum office with any questions.

Are you 18 and interested in a career right after graduation? The CNA Learning Program through Providence Hospital provides support for individuals with little to no direct healthcare experience. Successful applicants are provided with an educational program that prepares them for state certification as a Nursing Assistant. Applications should be submitted by April 16th. See Ms. Witte in the Curriculum Office or Ms. Peters in C211 for the application link.

Senior Fun Day will be on Thursday, April 24th, at Dave and Busters. Permission slips are required to attend and can be picked up from Mrs. Klaameyer in room A 205. All permission slips need to be returned to Mrs. Klaameyer by 3:15 pm on Monday, April 21st. If you do not return your permission slip by the deadline, you will not be allowed to attend.
