  • Congratulations to Jolie Folmar, Executive Board President and Reese Woodward, Student Body President!
  • Students applying for Class Officer positions, applications are due to Mrs. Lewis by next Monday, April 28th, or sooner. Students applying to be a Member, at Large, applications are due next Friday, May 2nd.
  •  
  • Attention 9th, 10th, and 11th graders—applications for Student Government positions for next school year are now available outside room C118. Students can apply to run for a Class Officer or a member-at-large position. Please read the application requirements carefully. Class Officer Applications are due next Monday, April 28th, by 3:30 pm.
  • Here’s another trivia question for the youngest among us: 
What major social media platform was launched in 2005, later becoming one of the most popular video-sharing sites in the world? 
  • Drop your answer in the box in the library. Winners will be announced on Monday. You can find questions and last week’s answers on the bulletin board across from the vending machines.
  • Summer School Registration is open! There are two options this year:
         - Credit Recovery, or
     - Grade Improvement and/or Original Attempt.  
Pick up a registration form in the Curriculum office or from your counselor. Seats are first-come, first-served, so sign up before it’s too late. 
  • Attention seniors: There will be a faith-based traditional baccalaureate service held for you all on Thursday, April 24th, at Chugiak Auditorium at 6:30 pm. All are welcome!
  • This Saturday, come to Eagle River High School for our 2nd Annual Bridge Festival! This fun event is a great way for our two communities, Eagle River and Chugiak, to come together and celebrate our different cultures and backgrounds. There will be lots of exciting things to see and do, including yummy food trucks serving delicious meals, talented performers showcasing their skills, and many tables filled with information about our local businesses and services. You can also browse the booths of various vendors selling unique and interesting items. The festival starts at 10 AM and goes on until 1 PM, so bring your family and friends for a wonderful day of community spirit and enjoyment. It’s a perfect opportunity to learn more about each other and have fun together. We truly hope to see you there for a day full of laughter, good food, and great company!
  • Seniors- If you submitted a permission slip for Senior Fun Day, you need to meet in the gym on Thursday morning at 8:45 am for your senior class photo. Please wear your senior class sweatshirt or the color blue.  We will leave from there for Dave and Busters.  Buses will be loaded by alpha of last name alphabetically to and from Dave and Busters.  Remember you have to take the bus to and from to participate in Senior Fun Day. 
  • Today’s Lunch: Creamy Mac’n Cheese or Crispy Chicken Salad or Pepperoni Pizza or Roast Beef Sandwich, Steamed Peas and Carrots or Fresh Veggies from the Salad Bar, Fresh Apple or Fresh Banana, Milk.
