Identification and signature will be required to receive tickets. On May 7th, seniors participating in the commencement ceremony are required to attend rehearsal at 11:15 am in the stadium. Seniors will receive important information and instructions about graduation. Reminder!! Graduation is May 11th at 2pm here in the Dimond stadium!
I READY:
All students in grades 9 and 10, and select 11th and 12th grade students will take the i-Ready assessment on Wednesday April 28th, 2021. This diagnostic assessment is designed to provide teachers and parents with information about areas of strength and concern in reading.
If your student is one of the select 11th and 12th grade students, they will be notified by their teachers.
The following portal has been set up to answer ASD student or parent questions or issues regarding the i-Ready assessment.
https://www.curriculumassociates.com/review/anchorage
Below are instructions for accessing the assessment, and some tips for students.
- Students are to open a window in CHROME (please do not use any other browser)and log into Clever using their ASD credentials.
- Students are to find their iReady icon in Clever
- Students should try their best. This i-Readydiagnostic assessment is designed to enable personalized, online instruction with lessons based on individualized learning needs to support student learning.
- Students will miss about half of the items (the test is designed that way and adjusts to their level), and should continue through the assessment even when it gets challenging.
- Please note: Some questions are longer than others and require a student to scroll down to access the “next” button. Students can scroll on a Chromebook by using two fingers on the touchpad.
- Sometimes if the screen is small, students may need to adjust the zoom or scroll down in order to see a “start” or “next” button.
