Bus schedules for Rogers Park HG students are arranged through the HG Liaison who works closely with the ASD Transportation Department.
Each year parents must complete a new bus request form to have access to bus transportation.
All bus change requests should be arranged through the HG Liaison. Change requests generally take 7-10 days to go into effect.
To avoid delays in bus services for the next school year, bus request forms should be completed and turned in to the HG Liaison before leaving for summer break. Please complete the bus form by May 1 to insure timely scheduling.
If you have more than one student in the HG program, please complete a form for each child. If you have a child who is not in the HG program, but attends Rogers Park Neighborhood program, please list that child's name as a sibling on the transportation form.
