• Campbell Cub Incentive Program

The incentive program was designed by staff using the Engineer Design Process. Student council provided feedback. The Engineer Design Process is used to find a solution to a problem.

Question: How can we provide Campbell STEM students with engaging and authentic learning opportunities?

Ask: During this step, questions are asked about the problem. (What should a positive behavior support system look like at Campbell? How can we celebrate students and instill life-long learning? Can a positive behavior support system encourage students to do their best academically and behaviorally? Will a positive behavior support system increase attendance? etc.)

Imagine: During this step, a lot of brainstorming occurred.

Plan: During this step, materials were gathered and an outline was created.

Create: The plan has been shared with students, staff, and families. The plan will be followed throughout the 2023 - 2024 school year.

Experiment: Following through on the plan in the 2023-2024 school year and collecting data.

Improve: As needed, the plan will be revamped based on student, staff, and family feedback.
