AP Exam Information

    Exams will take place between May 5 - 16, 2025.  Dates for each exam are set by College Board and can be viewed on their website.  If you also plan to take IB exams, please check the calendar for potential scheduling conflicts.  Contact the AP Exam Coordinator if you have a conflict for this reason.

     

     

     

     

    West AP Exam Sign-up Information

     

    - Students must join their class in AP Classroom using the Join Code provided by the student’s teacher or Mr. Henry in the Counseling Office.

    - Students pay $100 per test to Ms. Goldie in person or via Parent Connect in Q: https://parentconnect.asdk12.org/production/parentportal

    - Students must complete the AP Exam Sign-up Form from Mr. Henry; the completed form will help Mr. Henry confirm the correct exams are ordered for each student.

    - There is a $40 Late fee and a $40 Cancelation fee for exams ordered that are cancelled.

    - Students taking AP classes in the Spring can register the exam, pay now, or in the Spring, either option is okay.

    - If needed, there is a reduced fee process, see Mr. Henry for more information.

    - The deadline to register for AP Exams in October 25th.
