The counseling team at West will be hosting guest speakers throughout the year related to mental health. These optional presentations are open to parents, students, and staff.
The first speaker will be Tad Sumner, a well-known and recognized mental health provider in Anchorage. He will be at the West library on Nov. 28th at 5:30 pm. The topic is "Parent Info for Managing Anxiety and Depression in Teens."
