About the APC

  • Rilke Schule is a public charter school that is governed by the Academic Policy Committee (APC). They manage the budget, oversee facility needs, provide principal supervision and guidance, track student outcomes and strive to uphold the school mission and goals. They work with the other school boards (RSV and RSI) to keep Rilke a successful charter school.

APC holds monthly meetings typically on the 3rd Thursday of each month . They are listed on the Rilke school calendar. Meeting reminders and agendas are emailed to families in advance of each meeting. Please join us in person or via zoom.

The nine-member board consists of seven parent and/or community members and two staff/teacher members. The principal serves on the board as a non-voting member. APC is always looking for parents to assist in projects and committees. Contact them at apc_rilke@asdk12.org for more information on how to get involved.
