2021-2022 Parking Permits
SHS Student Parking Information
Driving and parking a vehicle on Service campus is an earned privilege, not a right. All students parking on campus must have a valid parking permit.
- The following must be provided before a permit can be issued:
- completed Parking Permit Google Form OR
- copy of current vehicle registration
- copy of valid insurance
- driver’s license of student
- proof of payment if paid through ParentConnect OR pay with cash or check
(made out to SHS) to the Finance Office when picking up the physical parking
- Fines and/or discipline will be issued to students for:
- violating the parking permit contract
- unregistered vehicles in the parking lot
- parking violations
- safety violations
1st Semester (good for 1st and 2nd quarters only)
$55.00 (if bought during 1st quarter)
$27.50 (if bought during 2nd quarter)
All Year (good from the date it’s issued through the end of the school year)
$110.00 (if bought during 1st quarter)
$82.50 (if bought during 2nd quarter)
$55.00 (if bought during 3rd quarter)
$27.50 (if bought during 4th quarter)
2021-2022 Activities Fees
2021-2022 SERVICE HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS (Link to a .pdf file)
Minimum GPA Requirement: 2.00 the previous semester and pass 5 classes.
Participation Paperwork: All paperwork for sports is online at https://www.planeths.com. Planet HS will be open for fall sports registration in April. For support, please call Planet HS at 1-888-668-7452 option 5. Physicals can be uploaded or turned into the Activities Office. You MUST have a gold form for the coach in order to participate. You can get your gold form after Planet HS forms have been checked, grades have been checked and payments and fines have been checked. Come to the Activities Office to get your gold form.
*Fines must be cleared before eligibility can be established.
Online registration and payment must be completed by the due dates listed below to be on the roster for the 1st day of practice. Please plan ahead.
No forms or payment may be directly submitted to coaches.
All sports fees are $200.00, unless Outsourced. There is a Student Cap of $400.00
Please note that 4 sports are starting on July 28th and 4 on August 4th.
It is imperative that forms be turned in on time.

2021-2022 Registration Information
Students register online through this link: ASD Registration Link
All returning students must register for the 2021-2022 school year. The registration process for this year is primarily an online event through Parent Connect at www.asdk12.org/enrollonline unless Parents/Guardians do not have computer/internet access. We will be offering In Person registration to those families who need assistance on Tuesday, August 3rd and Wednesday, August 4th from 8-11 am and 12-3 pm.
