AKChoice Virtual Learning Program staff can reset student passwords for learning platforms.

When submitting a ticket please include the following information:
- Student full name
- Student Grade
- The learning platform that is experiencing the issue (Clever, Calvert, Exact Path, Apex or Canvas)
- The nature of the issue, remember the more details the better and will help for a quicker resolution.

How will my students see their schedules and find their teacher?
Parents/guardians and students can view their schedules by logging-into Q and accessing:

Are live lessons or office hours available for Is AKChoice Virtual Learning Program classes?
- K-5 virtual teachers will provide a daily lesson for ELA and Math using the learning guide to facilitate lessons
- As part of the daily lesson, K-2 teachers will provide explicit skill instruction which are recorded and accessible at any time through Clever
- The daily instruction will be at a set time each day for ELA and Math
- K-5 virtual teachers will have set office hours for families to ask questions, problem solve and get additional support
- 6-12 virtual teachers will have set office hours most days for students to ask questions, have tests unlocked, problem solve, and get additional help

Will my classes be tied to a set schedule?
- AKChoice Virtual Learning Program is a fully supported online program
- Classes are completed at a student’s own pace (asynchronous learning)
- Schedules are flexible and determined by students and parents
- Secondary students will follow the quarter cohort model (semester's worth of content to be completed in a quarter) as outlined by the District
