Due to COVID, we are unable to provide yellow eligibility forms to athletes prior to their first day of practice. We have replaced this process with the following. Please complete this at least one week before the first day of practice:
-Complete Athletic Forms (for sports) or Activity Forms (for activities) in both the parent and student Planet HS accounts. If you are an incoming freshman or new to ASD please follow these instructions for creating your Planet HS accounts.
-Pay the fee online through your ParentConnection account.
-Forward your receipt to the Activities Clerk at email@example.com; she will reply letting you know if your athlete is eligible or what may be missing.
-Once verified as eligible, your athlete will be marked as such in Planet HS where the coach will be able to see your eligibility.

**PLEASE NOTE** Due to the postponement of winter sports, the online payment options have been temporarily turned off. Once we know the season start dates, the payment options will be made available again for you to complete the eligibility process above.
2020-2021 SOUTH ANCHORAGE HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS
Minimum GPA Requirement: 2.00 from the previous semester (& quarter when applicable) and pass five classes.
All sports registration is to be done annually on planeths.com.
Fee payment can be made online through ParentConnect in late July. Cash or check can be collected at the school after July 20, 2020.
Planet HS online forms (including current physical), payment and GPA check (in person) with the Activities office is required BEFORE eligibility can be established. Athletes CANNOT practice without eligibility form. The activity fee schedule below has been established by the School Board. The currently family cap is $390.
Please note the July 31st start date for four fall sports. It is imperative that forms are turned in on time.
