  • About this dashboard

     

    The On-Track related dashboards and views include three years of data with aggregate level visualizations. Many dashboards can be sorted by division and school level views with filters on subgroups ranging from grade level, gender, race/ethnicity, program participation and more.

     

    Dashboard Definitions

     

    Students with an F:


    Represents the number of students who received at least one “F” mark during the school year for any term and course in any subject area. Only students with marks posted to transcript for Middle, High, Alternative and Charter Schools in grade levels 6-12 are included.

    Students with an F in Core Subject

    Represents the number of students who received at least one “F” mark during the school year for any term and course in core subject areas. Core Subject areas include: Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. Only students with marks posted to transcript for Middle, High, Alternative and Charter Schools in grade levels 6-12 are included.

     

    Heat map of the percent of students with Fheat

    Represents the percentage of students for each school who received at least one “F” mark for any term and course subject. The percentage is calculated by taking the number of students with “F” mark divided by the number of students with marks posted to transcript for that school. Percentages are arranged in the three ranges: under 20%, 20-40% and 40-70%.

     

    Three-year historical of students with F3

    Represents three-year comparison of percentage of students who received at least one “F” mark for any term and course subject. The percentage is calculated by taking the number of students with “F” mark divided by the number of students with marks posted to transcript for indicated school year.

    Percent of Students by Student Groups:chart

    Each chart represents the percent of students with at least one “F” mark. Data is reported by gender, race/ethnicity, grade level or student program participation. Data can be filtered by the parameters provided on the dashboard: year, division, school, subject, term, gender, grade level, race/ethnicity, or program. The “All Students” program filter selection includes all students regardless their program participation.

    This view represents and number of students who received at least one “F” for any term in the indicated course (course description & course code). The percentage is calculated by taking the number of students with “F” divided by the number of students with marks posted to transcript for the course of interest. Additional filter allows to choose how many students have marks posted to transcript for each course.
