HSGQE Repeal Form

During the 2014 legislative session ending in April, the Alaska State Legislature passed HB278. It allows school districts to retroactively award diplomas to students who passed all required course work and earned the needed credits but had not yet passed all three portions of the High School Graduation Qualifying Exam.

To attain your diploma and/or revised high school transcript, complete the HSGQE Repeal Form and mail it to:
