    Genetic and Rare Diseases Information Center


    The Genetic and Rare Diseases Information Center is a collaborative effort of two agencies of the National Institutes of Health, The Office of Rare Diseases Research (ORDR) and the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) to help people find useful information about genetic conditions and rare diseases.

    This extensive database is maintained by the National Library of Medicine and the National Institutes of Health.

    MHA is an advocacy organization that addresses the full spectrum of mental and substance use conditions and their effects nationwide. It works to inform, advocate and enable access to quality behavioral health services for all Americans.


    National Early Children Technical Assistance Center, NECTAS


    NECTAC is the national early childhood technical assistance center supported by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) under the provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

    The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD)is a federation of voluntary health organizations dedicated to helping people with rare "orphan" diseases and assisting the organizations that serve them. NORD is committed to the identification, treatment, and cure of rare disorders through programs of education, advocacy, research, and service.
