Southcentral Foundation's Family Health Resources (FHR) has partnered with ASD to help connect all ASD families with Medicaid coverage.

FHR representatives can assist in the entire enrollment and renewal process for third-party insurance programs by verifying your eligibility and helping fill out the required forms. Representatives conduct interviews to determine if a family is, or might be eligible for, Medicaid/Denali KidCare, Medicare, Tribally-Sponsored Health Insurance Program, veterans benefits, health insurance, and/or worker’s compensation.
