  • Fees

    Our fee charts are broken into 3 tiers, click the titles below for each fee chart - 

    • Non-Profit Youth
      • Any organization that works solely with kids below the age of 18 and holds 501(c)3 status and documentation. 
    • Non-Profit Adult
      • Any organization that works with a mixture of kids and adults and holds 501(c)3 status and documentation.
    • Commercial
      • Any organization that doesn't hold 501(c)3 status.

     

    No matter the category that an organization falls into, it is required that ALL rental clients obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1M, commercial general liability with subrogation waiver, and list Anchorage School District as additional insured.

    AR 1330.1 FACILITY RENTAL INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

    Non-ASD groups requesting rental of ASD facilities must present a Certificate of Insurance to the Community Services Department (Rentals) in the amount of $1,000,000 in commercial general liability limits and include a subrogation waiver and an additional insured endorsement naming the Anchorage School District.

  • Conditions and Requirements

    Every rentable area within ASD has a set of conditions associated with it. Please review the documents related to the spaces of interest as well as the general code of conduct before submitting rental requests. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    All cancellation requests must be submitted a week prior to the scheduled events to receive a full refund. Cancellations for events scheduled on weekends and holidays must be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM the Wednesday prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued for events less than $10. Any schedule changes should be submitted in writing via email by the permit holder and may be subject to a $10 change fee. Change requests submitted by anyone other than the permit holder will be dismissed.
