2022 Rental Requests

  • Winter/Spring (January -May)

    • Requests for INSIDE and OUTDOOR spaces are currently being reviewed.
    • Please allow us 7-10 business days to process your request. 


    Summer (late May - mid-August)

    • Community groups are encouraged to submit summer rental requests now. 
    • Deadlines for submission are: 
      • Friday, February 25, 2022 - INDOOR spaces
      • Friday, April 1, 2022 - OUTDOOR spaces
    • Requests for INDOOR spaces will be reviewed in early April and processed by early to mid-May 
    • Requests for OUTDOOR spaces will be reviewed and processed by mid-May


    The district continues to follow CDC guidance for indoor masking at K-12 schools. Masks are required for all INDOOR rental activities and their participants unless the participant is actively engaged in the sport.

Community Member Rental Requests

    If You are a Community Member and Would Like to Submit a Rental Request:    
    1. Click on the Community member login button and create a user account. Reference Video 1: Requesting access to guide you through the process.
    2. After your account is approved (approximately 24 hours after your request is submitted), click the community member login button again and log in.
    3. Schedule your events; reference video 2: Submitting requests to guide you through the process.

Rental Fees

  • Rental fees are based on the type of group using the facility, function, type of facility used and time of use. Consult the chart below for specific rate information.
