2022-2023 Rental Requests

  • Summer (late May - mid-August)

    • Community groups are encouraged to submit summer rental requests now. 
    • Deadlines for submission are: 
      • Friday, February 25, 2022 - INDOOR spaces
      • Friday, April 1, 2022 - OUTDOOR spaces
    • Requests for INDOOR spaces will be reviewed in early April and processed by early to mid-May 
    • Requests for OUTDOOR spaces will be reviewed and processed by mid-May


    Fall/Winter (September-December)

    • Community groups are encouraged to submit Fall/Winter requests now. 
    • Deadlines for submissions: All requests will be reviewed and processed by late August/mid-Sept. 


    Note: Change in ending rental times at elementary schools. Rental end times extended to 9:00pm.

    If you are a Community Member and would like to submit a Rental Request:    
    1. Create a user account. Click here for a guide to this process
    2. After your request for an account has been submitted, the Rentals Dept will reach out to you.
    3. Once your account has been approved, you can submit an event request.

Rental Fees

  • Rental fees are based on the type of group using the facility, function, type of facility used and time of use. Consult the chart below for specific rate information.
