    Elementary program: Enrichment Plus!

     

    Grades 2-3

    Where: Mountain View Elementary, Klatt Elementary, Lake Otis Elementary, and Muldoon Elementary

    Times: 8:30 - 11:30 AM OR 12:30 - 3:30 PM

    Dates: June 3-27

    Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

     

    • Eligible students will split their day:
      • AM or PM Elementary Summer Learning Program focused on Reading instruction
      • Break for lunch and recess (supervised at the school)
      • AM or PM Enrichment Plus Program
    • ELL, TItle 1, and 21st Century Programs will be combined to provide half-day enrichment programming
    • Goal: Oral language development through hands-on lessons in science, writing, art and physical activity
    • Bussing will be provided in the morning and the afternoon

    • Breakfast and lunch will be given to students

    Times: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (all day)

    Dates: June 3-27

    Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 

     

    • Goal: Oral language development in Reading, Math, Writing, and Science

    • Breakfast and lunch will be given to students

    • Special classes: Art

    • .5 credits in Science and English Language Arts will be given to high school students who attend the whole June program session
